Fondation De la Musique avant toute chose

The «Fondation de la Musique avant toute chose» – Music above all foundation– supports projects in favour of composition, conservation, production, education and western music broadcasts in the media (classical music, jazz, contemporary tonal music).

The foundation gives punctual support to specific projects (concerts, festivals, recordings, concert tours, compositions) and to organisations which meet the overall objectives of the Foundation and which pass on the passion for music.

The foundation particularly helps initiatives or organisations involving young performers, whether they are professional or amateur, in order to galvanise their projects. It focuses on promoting music access to publics who are distant from it.

The Foundation was founded by Michel Léger and is led by/managed by an Executive committee including the Founder, 2 donor representatives and 3 qualified persons.
